Today I would like to share with you
my first attempt at the currently very
popular Twist and Pop Card.

My instructions were to create
a very special card for a 16th Birthday.

I had a lot of fun creating this card and
decided to use the gorgeous Beautiful You
Stamp Set.

For the base card I followed a tutorial
I found on Pinterest (of course) from
Bloglovin which I found to be very
easy to follow.

Our two projects for this month's Stamp Club.

The first project was cased from the
Occasions Catalogue and used the very cute
Window Shopping Bundle as a card
rather than the traditional box.

I decided to create my own pattern to
show through the die cut area by
water colouring (using the Aqua
Painters) randomly with Emerald
Envy and Watermelon Wonder inks.

Our second project was also cased from
the Occasions Catalogue with a change
of colour and a couple of small additions.

This time we used the Special Reason
Bundle.  I love the fact that
you can choose to either die cut
your flower as shown on the white
cardstock or completely cut out a
flower using the two dies as shown by
the red flower.

I think this makes this set extremely

Sharing the projects we created in this month's Stamp Club.

Our first card was created using the High Tide stamp set.

Colours used are Night of Navy, Smoky Slate, Sahara Sand, Always Artichoke, Pool Party and Marina Mist.

The sentiment is from the FREE SALE-A-BRATION set Avant Garden.

Our second card was created with three different stamp sets - Dragonfly Dreams, Avant Garden and Suite Sentiments.

The colours used here are Island Indigo,Smoky Slate, Pear Pizzazz and I have added a little Pumpkin Pie to the wings of the dragonfly with my watercolour pencil.

Very excited to say that we have moved house and finally my craft room is all set up and ready for classes and workshops.

Actually, my new craft room doesn't look a lot different to my old one as we were able to bring along all the cupboards etc that we had installed at our old home and set up here.

It is a little smaller (I say cosier) but I am loving it.

I was also able to have a bit of a clean out during our move (which was not fun) so I have more storage space for the essentials.
